CIVAS production module
JAC are pleased to announce a CIVAS and cytotoxic product manufacturing module for use with v4.47 of our Medicines Management system.
This optional module provides stock control for raw materials and finished products, support for the production process and dispensing to both internal and external patients.
In a single transaction the raw materials can be issued, the finished product created and dispensed, and patient histories and cost centres updated.
ISO Certification Programme
Since the beginning of the year, JAC has begun implementing a quality management system in line with the requirements for ISO 9001 and 27001 certification.
We are working with Red Island Consulting to assess all of our processes and procedures and to benchmark our ISO compliance and achieve certification.
We hope to complete the process by the autumn but may extend the timing to ensure that current project and development work is not adversely affected.
JAC customer satisfaction survey
With an ever increasing customer base it is important to gather as wide a view as possible of how JAC is performing.
We sincerely hope that if you are sent a survey form that you will find time to complete it as your feedback will help us assess and identify improvements we can make to our customer service.
Details about the survey for our Pharmacy Management system customers will distributed in the next few months.
