A commitment to service

Customer service JAC is committed to a high quality service for all our customers right from initial engagement. We aim to provide a timely and effective service at all times and exceed customers' expectations. Currently, almost 50% of JAC's employees are dedicated to customer services and the customer help desks.

Our teams are easy to approach and our understanding of today's work practices and priorities, allows us to build long-term relationships with our customers.

Customer services

The customer services help desk provides application (non-technical) support for JAC's applications (i.e. "How do I…?" or "Why does the system…?" type questions). They also support the user group network by attending and contributing to meetings both locally and nationally.

The team also provides the on-site application training for new customers as well as providing personnel to assist at new system go-lives. JAC's range of training courses include system manager training, finance, ad-hoc reporting etc, all of which can be customised to meet individual site requirements.

In addition, the customer services team creates user documentation, training support materials and system release notes as well as assisting in the alpha testing of new software.

Technical support

The technical support help desk provides the technical services and assistance for JAC customers such as: remote administration of customer databases, service error diagnosis and resolution, and service continuity (PC fallback and server shadowing).

Other services include, on-site database maintenance, system implementation and upgrade installation, supply and support of server hardware, interface testing as well as writing the installation and server administration guides.

The help desk is open between 9am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday.
